Residents leaving

I didn't know this, but some of my fellow residents will be leaving this week. Apparently, along with the 9-month and 12-month leases you could sign, there was also a two semester deal, which some of the residents signed.

I can't imagin how much there rent was, since the fewer months you stay, the more your rent. My rent alone would have increased almost $20 if I had switched from a year-long lease to a 9-month one.

Here's a shout out to all those leaving and to all of those who will be taking their place.
