Benefits

Right now I pay $495 a month in rent (I recently learned when my girlfriend was considering moving in that for an extra $5 I could have gotten a view of downtown Denver).

Along with the $250 deposit, rent covers everything a student could want, including water, heat, electricity, cable television, internet access and a phone line all in your room. Each resident also gets a desk, chair, dresser and bed, as seen in this photo:

Furniture (besides the tables) each resident has in their room

But the benefits don't stop there. In the ground levels of The Regency, we have a movie theater, two basketball courts, a computer lab, a dining area, pool tables and a fitness center (I'll be going into greater detail of each one in later posts). There is also a shuttle that goes back and forth between the Auraria campus and The Regency just about every 15 minutes during the weekdays.
